All of these sites are part of a casino gaming group called Deckmedia N.V. From our research we have been able to establish that Deckmedia operated through a Curacao licence at some point, and that the company does currently have a licence from the Caribbean island. Unfortunately, there is no evidence of this on the home page of the OzWin site, and this is something that Deckmedia should correct in the short term as it could prove a deterrent to players trusting the site.

Deckmedia has been involved in the online casino sector for over a decade, however, and OzWin Casino was launched in 2022, to serve a mainly Australian audience.

OzWin Casino Games

OzWin Casino is a modern site and when you first open the homepage, it looks more like a video game platform than an online casino. While it makes a big impression, however, it is not immediately obvious how to access the game selection, and we feel more work is required on the layout.

When you do find the game section, you will be able to choose from Progressives, Slots, Table Games and Video Poker, while within each of these sections it is also possible to search using game type, jackpot size and game title.

Unfortunately, the modern design and layout is let down by the key aspect of the site: a lack of games. That’s because OzWin is a Real Time Gaming site, and you will only be able to play games produced by RTG. While RTG is a big name in the online casino sector, this means that there are only around 250 games available, which compares poorly with sites offering ten times as many options.

Of the 250 games, a little over 200 are in the slots category and while this does include some fun titles such as Spooky Wins and Legend of the High Seas, overall, it is way too small a slots selection to hold the attention of a modern online casino fan. There are also small collections of video poker, progressive jackpot and table games, but again, the choice is very restrictive.

OzWin Banking and Support

OzWin’s banking system feels more like it belongs in the modern era than the game selection. There are nine options available, including the standard Mastercard and Visa, along with Neosurf, Bitcoin and EZeeWallet amongst others, providing a reasonable range of options.

There’s a wide variety of minimum deposits, which range from $5 with Lightning Bitcoin up to $20 for some of the other methods, although there are no deposit or withdrawal fees. Unfortunately, withdrawals are more restricted. Only three of the banking methods listed can be used to withdraw your money from the site, and withdrawal speeds are also a little slower than we’d like.

On the plus side, OzWin has excellent customer support. As well as the standard FAQ section, you can also contact the support term through email, live chat or telephone, and this service is available 24/7 for an international audience.

Ripper Casino

Ripper Casino is one of the direct sister sites to OzWin Casino, and both are ostensibly aimed at an Australian audience, though Ripper was set up a year earlier. Ripper Casino has a slightly bigger game selection, drawn from multiple developers, but has a relatively low weekly withdrawal limit of $2,000, which is significantly smaller than the $8,000 at OzWin.

OzWin Casino Conclusion

The OzWin Casino platform is well designed and certainly feels like a modern casino site. Unfortunately, it has several problems, not the least of which is the small game library, which falls well short of what the modern online casino player expects. A few issues with the withdrawal system and the ongoing licensing confusion further limit the appeal of the OzWin platform.
